Brian Mullins is songwriter and independent country music artist with a deep-rooted passion for storytelling through his music. Raised in the small town of Meadow Bridge, West Virginia till age 12 and then in the deep south of Winder, Georgia, Brian’s upbringing shaped his perspective on life and love, influencing the ever-present themes in his songs. This dual identity of Appalachian roots and Southern soul is the secret sauce that makes his music feel both timeless and remarkably fresh. With a raw, authentic voice and a blend of classic country and modern twang, and vocals somewhere between Conway Twitty, Bryan Adams and Bonjovi, he crafts music that truly resonates with the soul. His music invites listeners to join him on a poignant journey, as he shares his personal experiences and emotions in a way that feels distinctly universal. His captivating performances transport listeners to the heart of the American South, leaving an indelible mark on the modern country music landscape.

Following the incredible momentum of his debut release, Dirt Road Diaries, in October of 2025, Mullins has once again proven that he is the new sound of country, a title bestowed upon him by reviewers who recognize his unique ability to blend traditional twang with the emotional depth of a seasoned storyteller. The success of Brian Mullins is a global phenomenon that started from a very local place. He has already been featured in over three dozen magazines and has completed international interviews stretching from Argentina to Portugal, as well as being a featured guest on the Tim Kelly Show in Branson, Missouri. With over three thousand physical CD sales and over fifteen thousand streams, the numbers suggest that the world is hungry for the kind of “new country” that Mullins provides—a sound that values the story as much as the melody. His Facebook fans have grown to over 9700 followers and his webpage is filled with dozens of comments from his fans. Most reviewers of his music describe him as the "new sound of country" due to his blending of traditional country with emotional heartfelt storytelling.

Brian Mullins is not your typical recording artist. His path to building his home studio, Hillbilly Records, was paved with a diverse array of life experiences that most musicians only dream of documenting. With a background that includes a Doctorate degree and three Masters degrees, as well as a professional life as a Licensed Clinical Christian Counselor, Certified Life Coach, and Certified Employee Performance Coach, Mullins brings a level of psychological and spiritual depth to his lyrics that is rarely found on the modern airwaves. He doesn’t just write songs; he processes the human condition through a melodic lens. Brian has six grown children, twelve grandchildren and resides in Leslie, WV. He is an active member of the International Singer Songwriters Association
