Can I submit my song for free?
Yes. Artists can submit their songs for free to SoundNex Spotify playlists.
Which genres are accepted?
We accept pop, rock, metal, hip-hop, R&B, EDM, party songs, Ballermann hits, après-ski songs and other suitable music genres.
Which SoundNex playlists can my song be considered for?
Your song may be considered for SoundNex | Pop Rising, SoundNex | Rock Revolution, SoundNex | Metal Forge, SoundNex | Hip-Hop & R&B, SoundNex | EDM Energy and SoundNex | Ballermann Party Hits.
Is playlist placement guaranteed?
No. Every submission is reviewed by SoundNex. Playlist placement is not guaranteed and depends on genre fit, quality and editorial selection.
Do I keep all rights to my music?
Yes. You keep all rights to your music. By submitting your song, you only allow SoundNex to review it and consider it for playlist placement.
Is a SoundNex Magazine review included?

Does SoundNex use bots, artificial streams or fake followers?
No. SoundNex strictly follows Spotify’s guidelines and does not use bots, artificial streams, fake followers or any form of stream manipulation. Playlist placements are editorial selections only.

Does my song need to be available on Spotify?
Yes. Songs submitted for playlist consideration must already be available on Spotify.

How long does the review process take?
Most submissions are reviewed within a few days. Due to the number of submissions received, processing times may occasionally be longer.
Will my song be placed at the top of a playlist?
Playlist positions are determined by SoundNex and may change over time as new songs are added. Placement at a specific position is not guaranteed.
